08:00 – 08:30: Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter by shuttle bus or limousine. Start the journey to explore Hanoi’s most iconic landmarks.

08:45: Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, the final resting place of President Ho Chi Minh. Explore his stilt house, the Presidential Palace area, and the One Pillar Pagoda — one of the most unique pagodas in the world.

Children under 4 years old: Free of charge (share seat with parents, other expenses paid by parents).
Children from 5–8 years old: 75% of adult price (2 adults can accompany 1 child at this rate). From the 2nd child onwards, charged 100% adult price.
Children from 9 years old: Charged as adults.
Children under 4 years old requiring a separate seat: Additional fee applies.

Tour Terms

Payment Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total tour fare is required at time of booking to secure your spot.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the tour departure time.
Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, credit/debit card. All bank fees are to be borne by the customer.
For bookings made less than 24 hours before departure, 100% payment is required immediately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by customer:
- More than 7 days before departure: No cancellation fee (deposit transferable to another date if notified).
- 3–7 days before departure: 50% of tour fare will be charged.
- Less than 3 days (including No-Show): 100% of tour fare is charged (no refund).
Cancellation by operator: In the event the tour is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strike, etc.), you will be offered either a full refund or transfer to another date.
Important: All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email) and are effective upon receipt of our acknowledgement.

Notes for Hanoi Half-Day Tour:

The tour lasts around 3–5 hours; please arrive on time to follow the schedule.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for walking.
Bring water, sun protection (hat/umbrella), or rain gear if needed.
Keep personal belongings secure, especially in crowded areas like the Old Quarter.
