Payment Instructions

This Payment Instructions page explains how customers can make payments for tour and travel
services booked with Wetripx Vietnam Trading and Tourism Company Limited.
All payments are processed securely and in accordance with our booking confirmation.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Wetripx Travel currently accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, and other supported cards) via Payoneer Checkout
  • Bank transfer (for selected bookings upon confirmation)

2. Online Card Payments via Payoneer Checkout

For online payments, we use Payoneer Checkout, a secure payment gateway that allows
customers to pay by credit or debit card directly on our website.

When making a payment through Payoneer Checkout:

  • Payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption
  • Card details are entered directly into the Payoneer payment system
  • Wetripx Travel does not store or access customers’ card information

3. Payment Process

The standard payment process is as follows:

  1. Select your tour and submit a booking request
  2. Receive a booking confirmation email with payment instructions
  3. Complete payment via Payoneer Checkout or bank transfer, as instructed
  4. Receive payment confirmation and final booking details

4. Deposit and Balance Payments

Some tours may require a deposit at the time of booking to secure availability.
The remaining balance must be paid before the tour departure date, as specified in the booking confirmation.

5. Currency and Fees

All prices are displayed in the currency stated on the tour page or booking confirmation.
Any bank or card issuer fees charged by the customer’s bank are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is successfully completed, customers will receive a confirmation email.
Bookings are considered confirmed only after payment has been received and verified.

7. Failed or Incomplete Payments

If a payment fails or is not completed, the booking will remain pending.
Customers are advised to contact our support team for assistance or alternative payment arrangements.

8. Security and Fraud Prevention

Wetripx Travel reserves the right to request additional verification in cases of suspected
fraudulent activity or payment irregularities. This may include identity or payment confirmation.
