Tour Booking Terms

These Tour Booking Terms govern all tour and travel services booked through Wetripx Travel.
By making a booking on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after full or partial payment
has been received, depending on the tour requirements.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your itinerary,
departure date, meeting point, and included services.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other available payment methods.
  • Some tours may require a deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before departure.
  • All prices are quoted in the currency displayed on the website unless stated otherwise.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

Tour prices include only the services specifically mentioned in the tour description.
Any additional services, personal expenses, or optional activities are not included unless stated.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all personal information provided during booking is accurate and complete.
  • Ensure you meet all health, passport, visa, and travel requirements for your trip.
  • Arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in loss of service without refund.

5. Changes to Bookings

Requests to modify travel dates, participant details, or tour services must be submitted in writing
and are subject to availability and additional charges, if applicable.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refund requests are governed by our
Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Tour Changes by Wetripx Travel

Wetripx Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, transportation, or services
due to weather conditions, safety concerns, force majeure events, or operational requirements.

In such cases, reasonable alternatives of equal value will be provided whenever possible.

8. Liability & Insurance

Wetripx Travel acts as a tour operator and is not responsible for losses, injuries, delays, or damages
caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters,
transport delays, or actions of third-party service providers.

We strongly recommend that customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

9. Force Majeure

Wetripx Travel shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control,
including natural disasters, epidemics, governmental actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

10. Governing Law

These Tour Booking Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
Any disputes arising from bookings shall be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese law.
