Tour Terms

Payment Policy:

Please make a 50% deposit of the ticket value when booking to secure your seat.
The remaining balance is paid on the departure day.
Payment methods: Bank transfer or payment at our office.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation at least 72 hours before departure time: 100% refund of the deposit.
Cancellation within 72 hours or no-show: Deposit is non-refundable.
Tickets can be transferred to another person if you cannot travel. Please inform us in advance so we can update the passenger details.

All cancellations must be confirmed via hotline or Zalo.
In force majeure cases such as storms or road closures, Wetripx will support rescheduling or provide a 100% refund if the service cannot be operated.
