Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made at least 72 hours before departure: 100% refund.
Cancellation 24–72 hours before departure: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: no refund.
Tickets can be transferred to another passenger upon prior notice for name change.

Cancellations must be confirmed via Hotline or WhatsApp.
In case of force majeure (e.g. storms, landslides, road closures), Wetripx will offer either a free reschedule or a 100% refund if the trip cannot be operated.
