Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wetripx Travel, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are accepted for tour and travel services booked on our website.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@wetripx.vn. The cancellation date is determined by the time we receive your request.

  • More than 14 days before departure: Full refund, excluding any bank or payment processing fees.
  • 7–14 days before departure: 70% refund of the total booking amount.
  • 3–6 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 72 hours before departure or no-show: No refund.

Please note that some tours, promotional packages, or peak-season services may have stricter cancellation conditions. These will be clearly stated on the tour detail page.

2. Cancellation or Changes by Wetripx Travel

In rare cases where a tour must be canceled due to weather conditions, force majeure, safety concerns, or insufficient participants, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative tour or rescheduled departure date.

Wetripx Travel is not responsible for additional costs incurred by customers such as flight tickets, visas, or personal expenses.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card or bank transfer) within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.

Please note that payment processing fees charged by banks or card issuers are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Service fees charged by third parties
  • Confirmed flight tickets, train tickets, or attraction tickets once issued
  • Last-minute bookings within 72 hours of departure

5. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change travel dates or participant details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as early as possible for assistance.
